Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

FinePens.com is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 will be charged the applicable carrier rate calculated at checkout.

Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within one business day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment through the designated carrier, typically UPS or USPS.

Please keep in mind that estimated transit times begin once the package has been accepted by the carrier. Weekends and holidays are not included in standard transit estimates, and deliveries generally take place on business days.

Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout. Express orders are normally dispatched within one business day; however, certain items may not qualify for expedited service due to size, value, location, or other shipping requirements.

International Shipping

FinePens.com is pleased to serve collectors and writing-instrument enthusiasts around the world. International shipping is available to eligible destinations, with shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the carrier, destination, and selected service level.

International orders are generally shipped using DHL or another appropriate international carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment online.

International transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local delivery conditions, weekends, and holidays.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@finepens.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change or redirect the delivery address. If a shipment is returned to FinePens.com because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Because many of the writing instruments offered by FinePens.com are rare, collectible, limited edition, or one-of-a-kind pieces, we take particular care in preparing and shipping every order securely.
