7. Collectible and Pre-Owned Merchandise

Customers purchasing collectible or pre-owned merchandise understand that such merchandise is not necessarily equivalent to a newly manufactured retail item.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a listing, vintage and pre-owned writing instruments may have minor cosmetic wear or evidence of previous ownership.

Boxes, papers, certificates, converters, cartridges, accessories, outer sleeves, booklets, and other original materials are included only when specifically stated or shown as included with the item.

References to rarity, collectibility, historical significance, desirability, or potential future value represent descriptive or editorial opinions and should not be interpreted as guarantees of investment performance or future resale value.

8. Pricing

Prices displayed on FinePens.com are quoted in the currency shown on the applicable product page or checkout page.

Where a manufacturer's suggested retail price, original retail price, list price, estimated retail value, comparative price, or similar reference price is displayed, that figure is provided for informational or comparison purposes and may not represent the price at which the product was previously or is currently sold in every marketplace.

10. Orders and Acceptance

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

If a paid order is canceled by FinePens.com, the appropriate purchase amount will be refunded.
